MVA with Rescue - Route 50 westbound east of Route 90

Units were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident with rescue on Route 50 just east of Route 90. First arriving units confirmed one patient trapped and one ejected. EMS crews assessed both patients while the crew of Engine 604 began the extrication process for the trapped patient. Both patients were transported priority 1 to PRMC by ground.
